I had the pleasure of joining the talented team at This is BIEN as an illustrator for an exciting project with Google. We worked on creating an Inclusive Learning & Development (L&D) Playbook for their internal teams. To help bring the ideas to life, we made a custom animation that explains the key concepts in a fun and accessible way. We also put together a serie of illustrations across different topics, all designed to fit smoothly into the website and make the whole experience more engaging and visually interesting.

Site illustrations
The Playbook was broken down into five phases, each covering a key part of creating more inclusive and diverse content for Google’s internal teams. We designed a unique set of illustrations for each phase, along with a color-coded shape to represent each one. All the illustrations were made to feel connected and cohesive, giving the website a vibrant, consistent look. We placed them throughout the site to help guide the flow, make the content easier to follow, and keep things visually engaging and fun.
